When Vanessa was in school, her favorite subject was history and her favorite teacher was Mrs. Santana, who taught her to never give up. Vanessa has applied this can-do attitude during her 10-plus years in the customer service field and now as a member of the GetWise AM Conservation educational team. She extends her teacher’s wisdom of “never say you can’t do it” to her kids at home, in between soccer games, and bike rides together.
